My landlady teaches piano from home as a full time job, would I be able to get contents insurance? I went to an online insurance site and it said I would have to call them if I share my home with renters/lodgers (which I do) and also it assumes that ‘You do not use your home for any business purposes or for the storage of business goods’. What insurance would I need or would it be my landlady’s responsibility to get cover? Could I be included in her insurance?

I spend hours hand weeding in my garden and my back hurts! Is there something out ther that works on all veges?? I’ve done mulching, tilling, and hoeing but the weeds keep coming. I’ve even tried preen but half of the veges didn’t come up. Is there some kind of a miracle weed control out there that I’ve missed or do I need to just keep taking the Advil for my back? Thanks

My landlords left on a trip and are letting me pick all the ripe tomatoes from their garden. I already have a Wal-Mart bag full. Anyone have any good ideas for a homemade pizza sauce, or salsa, or tips on freezing them? Thanks!

I don’t have a yard, but I have a huge (ground floor) patio and there is more than enough space for a potted garden or a box garden. The patio gets good sun and shade throughout the day. I’d love to try a veggie garden, but have never started or maintained a garden before. Some quick tips to get me started?
Please and thank you!

We just installed a wooden garden fence and would like to stain it solid white. The wood is treated…any advice on the staining process? We have been told to wait 2-3 months to stain…..but, can I use sandpaper to open up the pores to get started sooner? Thanks for your help!

I have this crabby grass in my garden with LONG roots, and it seems to connect and regrow another weed feet away from one another. It grows in my garden among my good plants. I HATE weeding. Any good sprays to get rid of it?
