   and also it kinda helps to turn the music lower and quiet and make sure the music doesent have a rythm, just a stream of sound

   when you learn to do so music affects nothing but instead enhances ones experience and it even lets in certain vibes that can be obtained with emotion and feeling

    You know normally you don’t listen to music when you meditate because then you’re forced to also focus on the music and meditation means to either focus on nothing and clear your mind or to focus on something in yourself (for example energy, pain, or wounds you want to heal fast)…Anyway, doesn’t matter now. The music is really beautiful ^^

    when i was in the maldives, i heard a song soundin a little like this .

    I love meditation and stress relieving and stuff.. I have so much stress, then that evil spirit inside me escapes when i listen to music like this..
